Shipping + Info
Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days (however times may sometimes vary) then shipped via your preferred, selected method of shipping.
Orders within the USA are shipped USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express from Las Vegas, NV. Orders outside the USA are shipped USPS First Class International Mail or Priority Mail Express International. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please note on all international orders, the customer is responsible all for duties and taxes, if applicable.
From time to time we may have products out of stock. If there are any delays in your order due to backorders, you will be notified asap with the option to receive a refund or wait until the item is back in stock and then receive it immediately after it is back in stock. If you are interested in an item that is currently SOLD OUT, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know when it is expected back in stock and available for purchase.
Is you purchased an item as a gift, email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to include a handwritten note to the recipient. There will not be a receipt included in any gift orders.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All sales are final. If you have found a product to be defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the product to be further assisted. If you are approved for an exchange, you will be asked to ship the product back to us. Damages incurred by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
